Liked: Location was amazing, train station nearby, plenty of food and bars around the area you can't fault it especially at the price.

Disliked: The staff I encountered had an attitude problem, the boss was lovely I met him at the bar hotel but his staff need to be told to smile and tell them the customer is always right also broken remote so no television 😔 I would stay again but issues to be resolved.

Great location, in the city center and near to the main train station

Liked: Great location, only 4min by foot from the hauptbahnhof. Old-style building, but the room was spacious and the balcony was very pleasant, and everything was clean. The breakfast room is small and has few tables, but it has a very big diversity of food and drinks!

  Great value for an overnight

Liked: Great location about 10 minutes walk from main station. Lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast. Perfect for overnight stay in Koln.

Disliked: Lots of stairs - not great if you have heavy luggage. Very basic room with very few electrics outlets. I couldn't switch the TV on.

Liked: The staff were great and the location is really handy for the station

Disliked: There is no lift, if you have a heavy bag, there are a few challenging steps. It's not in the greatest part of town. The rooms internal decoration was unusual and a little dated. Our room was literally outside the reception desk ( about 2 metres), so a little off putting every time you went out the room. The staff were really pleasant, we felt safe and looked after.

Liked: The receptionist was nice and the breakfast was included in the price.

Disliked: They set 12 o'clock as check-out time on booking.com but when I wanted to stay until then, that told me no as they are heavily booked. It is not in a safe neighbourhood, the bed was not really comfortable as the mattress was too narrow. Water was leaking from the toilet.
