Fabulous
Bit dated, but ok for a night
Liked: Free coffee and tea were excellent. Very good breakfast. Tram stop was near.
Liked: We had a deck. Staff were kind. 24 hour reception.
Disliked: The room was tiny very hard to open two suitcases.
no problems
Liked: It was easy. Nice view towards east. Quiet on that side. Clean. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: Room 73: the air conditioner does not really cool down the air even if it is running. The room is cramped. Not important: a bit dated e.g. keys and not cards. For breakfast coffee (espresso) was not good! I paid extra to be able to cancel a day in advance with one day penalty payment, assuming that meant I could interrupt my stay with one day notice. But it meant only for the start of the say. And I made my booking the day before arriving. So this should not have been an option even!
Highly recommend
Liked: Very welcoming. Clean and good location
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Great staff. Good location, comfy room and great breakfast. Made the work trip enjoyable.
