Nice hotel at Neumarkt comercial area

Liked: It is a nice hotel in the surroundings of Neumarkt, pedestrian streets, etc. Some 15’ from the Cathedral & Köln Hautbanhof.

Disliked: The hotel is quite OK; mind that it’s located in a narrow back street. Only that.

A fair accommodation for a fair price

  Liked: Great location. Helpful hosts.

Disliked: Some people were smoking in the reception and you could smell the smoke in the hallway, stairs and a bit in the room.

  Great Price, Great Location

Liked: Great location, just 8 minute walk to the Dom and the hotel is surrounded by stores and restaurants. Friendly staff with limited german and english.

Disliked: No A/C. Mosquitoes everywhere! All.four of us had at least 20 bites each after the first night! Staff tried to help by installing mosquito repellent plug-ins, which helped some. Also, building or adjacent building is under construction at 7 am. Also, no breakfast despite listing and having a dining room.

It was pleasant enough hotel, reasonably clean, 3 star feels about right

Liked: Decent location, it’s 3 star and we got about what we expected

Disliked: Nothing in particular. It was all fine and what we expected. Air con would have been nice as the rooms got warm but didn’t really expect that for a 3 star hotel

Liked: Located very close to the center, big bed and clean sheets.

Disliked: The room is very small and the bathroom very dirty. A very strong smell of urine in bathroom and on top of that the ventilation brings a bad smell of filth. I didn't use the shower because it didn't seem to me that they were sanitized and the shower and the cabin have traces of rust and dirt on them. In the room, on the door there were towels from other customers, used. I think the price is strictly for the fact that it is close to the center.
