  It’s kind of broken!

Liked: People are nice and location is great. Breakfasts are good as well.

Disliked: Lift was not working at all. I was staying on the 4th floor. The room was not cleaned on the second day. Strong noise every hour from the wall, I couldn’t sleep properly.

Comfortable and easy for the Lanxess arena

Liked: All the staff were lovely and the location was great for being a the Lanxess arena.

Disliked: So many spiders in my room - it was like a horror film. Eventually I went down to reception and they gave me some spray which did the trick.
