  Liked: Great price, excellent location (5 minutes from the train station), and impressive cleanliness for a 3-star hotel.

  Disliked: I didn't like the huge pillow. I think it would have been more comfortable with a standard one.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep at all during my stay. There was a lot of noise on the floor late at night, with people talking, laughing, slamming doors, and sometimes even screaming. On top of that, there is a bar and restaurant downstairs, so noise from those places could also be clearly heard in the room. Another issue happened after checkout. Since my flight was late, I asked if it was okay to work in the common areas while waiting for a few hours. I ordered a bottle of water and sat down to work. However, a man basically forced me to pay for the water before I could leave, becoming visibly annoyed when I explained that I only had a card and no cash. He said I should have asked before ordering, which made no sense to me, especially as I was a hotel guest. His attitude was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The lack of sound insulation, the constant noise, and the unprofessional treatment from the staff made my stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel.

  Liked: Really good location. I see no public transportation nearby but everything is in walking distance so can't complain. The building and facilities seem quite old but still very acceptable. There is a big table where I can put my laptop and I also got a room facing the river so those a huge pluses. The bed is also comfy.

  Liked: Wonderful stay and a breathtaking view! We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Cologne and were absolutely delighted! The highlight is the flawless cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. The room had everything needed for complete comfort, with a comfortable bed and pleasant surroundings. The convenient location near the city made getting around and sightseeing effortless and enjoyable. However, the most memorable touch was the amazingly beautiful view from the window! Every morning began with a lovely panorama, and in the evening it was a joy to watch the city lights. Thank you so much for the hospitality! We will gladly return here again.

  Brilliant location with river view

  Liked: A very warm welcome from staff at check in. We did not have breakfast as we had sightseeing plans but noted the restaurant area was busy. Excellent location for exploring the city, 12 minute walk to train station. The view from our third floor room was outstanding. The elevator was appreciated. We would highly recommend this property.
