Liked: Small but comfy. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and I loved the down duvet. The coffee was very tasty.

Not a hotel I would recommend to friends or family

  Liked: The bed was fine.

Disliked: On arrival, we checked in ourselves through the computer screens. Didn't meet a soul. There were renovations going on at the ground floor. It was all very impersonal and nothing communicated about the work that was going on. When we left, we could not check out ourselves, the receptionist just said 'yes' and I gave him our card keys. He said: 'Okay, you can go'. No hello, goodbye, thanks for staying with us. No hospitality. There was also mold in the shower and the hand held shower holder was broken, so we could not adapt the height to an appropriate level. Kind of disappointing stay.
