Liked: Great hotel would highly recommend.Great Vibe, easy check in process and friendly staff. Being able to hire a guitar is a fun addition. The rooms are cool, sizable and very comfortable. The best hotel shower and toiletries I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was excellent and worth the money. The bottomless Barista coffee was a nice addition. All in all a great hotel experience.

Disliked: Nothing. We would stay there again and hope to see some more Ruby Ella style hotels pop up closer to home.

Not a bad hotel, but perhaps not for everyone, especially those who value comfort

Liked: The location is perfect, and there is plenty of parking available.

Disliked: It started at check-in. In my booking, I had specifically requested a quiet room on an upper floor. Instead, we were given a room on the first floor, right next to the elevator. It seemed to me that nobody had actually read my request. Of course, when I pointed this out at check-in, the receptionist offered to check whether another room was available. However, seeing five or six people queuing behind me, I decided not to make an issue of it and just move on. At least I was assured that the room was spacious. And indeed, I cannot complain about its size. It was a normal-sized room, which was perfectly fine. As for the decor, my impression is that it was designed more to catch your eye than to provide genuine comfort. But that's just my personal opinion. There was also only one armchair in a room intended for two people. No kettle, no fridge, and while the wireless phone charger sounds like a good idea, there was only one, on one side of the bed. In our room, it was positioned so close to the bed that even a slight movement during the night could easily knock the phone off the charger. So, in practice, I didn't find it particularly useful.

Beautiful hotel, great location, and wonderful staff. We really enjoyed our stay!

Liked: The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location, with everything within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Disliked: The bathroom took some getting used to, and the air conditioning could have been better. Other than that, everything was great!

Liked: As someone who has stayed in hotels in many different cities and countries, I have to say that this was not a good hotel at all. At 9:30 a.m., the trays of cheese, fruit, and other breakfast items were already empty. The bread was dry. We booked a triple room, but the bathroom design was very uncomfortable. The shower had a glass wall, while the toilet area had a frosted glass wall. The biggest problem was that the toilet door did not close properly, leaving a gap of almost one centimeter. The washbasin was also located outside the bathroom, which made the room layout even less convenient.
