Good
Would never stay again and would not recommend
Liked: The bed was comfy
Disliked: Very small and grumpy staff
Great but tightly squeezed in!
Liked: Didn't have breakfast included as places close by. Parking on site very secure. All excellent except room was very small. Very modern and nicely done but very small
Disliked: Size of room
Liked: Its close to a number of tram stops which makes getting around Köln really easy. Great food options nearby too. The hotel is comfortable and a great place to sleep after a long day walking about. Staff were friendly and helpful, and humoured my A2 level German which I appreciated 😊
Disliked: Nil
I don’t know how to ask for a quiet room—one that’s actually quiet so I can sleep
Liked: hotel near the center and good breakfasts
Disliked: I had asked for a quiet room, but I ended up not sleeping for two nights because of some very noisy neighbors
Liked: Great location plenty of amenities close by.
Super
Liked: Late Check out war gratis
