  Liked: The staff was super friendly! They do have a policy that threw me off at first, but in the end, I fully understood it. You have to leave your key at the reception if you leave the hotel. I was told that it's because a lot of keys have been lost inthe past and I honestly was glad that I didn't have to carry the key around at the concert I attended. Breakfast was great too, classic German cold cuts, a huge variety of breads, cereal, yoghurt, then there was also scrambled eggs, fried eggs and fried bacon, as well as fruits. The room was very spacious and clean, the only thing that was broken was the bin in the bathroom - the lid was detached, but it wasn't a huge issue. My room didn't have an outlet directly at the bed, but there was an outlet at the desk to charge items. There's a bunch of fast food restaurants around the hotel, it's super close to Lanxess Arena and the Deutz/Messe train station. Right in front of the hotel is a tram station. About five minutes away from the hotel is a grocery store.

  Disliked: On my first morning, I had some cereal with milk that was unfortunately spoiled. I told the breakfast attendant and she immediately switched it out. This can of course happen and I'm glad I noticed before anything could've gone wrong. Apart from that everything was great!

  Great location but not comfortable

  Liked: Very close to the central

  Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was poor, the pillow was tight, and the AC was making loud noises like a driller.

  Excellent option to stop by

  Liked: My flight was late and it was not a problem. The staff was nice. The room and bathroom are big enough and clean. There was AC. The place is really close to the train station.

  Disliked: There are rafters in the room they can be a bit annoying if you plan to spend some time awake in the room. I found the room a bit too expensive for what it is, but it might be an expensive town, not sure how the prices are in other places in the city.

  If you are headed for Music Store with a car (take home new instrument!), a good, low-budget location with plenty of ove

  Liked: Plenty of parking in the arena nearby. Clean, practical room, sensible price.

  Disliked: Unloading/loading luggage to your car can be troublesome, when the two loading parkings at the front door are taken - say by the cleaning team.
