Communicative staff, clean room and amazing location

Liked: Excellent location, room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent in replying through the night when we had a noise problem from other guests.

Disliked: It would have been great to have some on site staff and for all of the check in information to be on one email.

Liked: The location is perfect, the size of the room, like a little apartment was surprisingly big and a comfortable big bed. Soundproof windows for outside noices.

Disliked: No soundproofing of in side noices you hear a lot from upstairs. No cleaning of the room during my stay and no staff as it is all with a digital check in. QR code didn't work at screen so had to find the codes etc when I thought I was prepared.

Sleepless night at a great location

Liked: The location was great, check in was smooth and had no problems with that.

Disliked: The duvet was dirty and had visible makeup stains, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the bedding. Secondly, the inside of the kettle was extremely dirty and heavily calcified, giving the impression that it had not been cleaned or maintained properly for a considerable time. Lastly, the provision of toiletries was inadequate. Only soap and body wash were available, with no shampoo or other basic toiletries provided. Good enough for one night. Additionally, it would be appreciated if slippers were provided, as the bathroom floor is very cold and there is no underfloor heating. Earplugs would also be a welcome addition, as noise from the staircase and other hotel guests can be clearly heard, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay. i kept waking up throughout the night and had a disruptive sleep.

Liked: It was very clean, in a great location, and the room was much larger than I expected.

Disliked: The hot water occasionally stopped working, but it was restored quickly. Also, there is no luggage storage service available on the day of check-out.
