  Good stay

Liked: The staff were good, polite and friendly. The hotel was clean.

Disliked: The breakfast could have been better. For Asian Vegetarians like us, potato wedges, baked beans or vegetables would have made the breakfast complete.

  Mixed feelings about this one

Liked: Location was good, room was nice

Disliked: On arrival I advised reception that the safe wasn’t working and they said it would be fixed the following day. It wasn’t. On the second day, the shower started leaking. This also wasn’t resolved during my stay even though they said it would be. The toilet was also not flushing properly. Despite bringing this to the reception’s attention, it wasn’t sorted. As an apology, all they gave me was two breakfasts free of charge.
