  Liked: We highly recommend this property! It is beautifully located, spotlessly clean, and offers plenty of amenities. The service was excellent, and the wonderful hosts took care of every detail to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even recorded helpful video instructions explaining how everything in the apartment works and where to park, which made our arrival and stay so much easier. We also received a lovely gift — such a thoughtful touch! We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

  Liked: It was a very enjoyable stay from start to finish. The hosts contacted me before arrival, the directions were very clear, and the keys were waiting at the designated location. The apartment met my expectations, with a very well-equipped kitchen, and the place was clean and fragrant. There were shops nearby, and the place is well-connected. I haven't met such hospitable owners in a long time. It's clear this is their passion, and they enjoy hosting people. Congratulations, and we hope to see you again soon.

  Liked: Perfect place, very nice location. So close to the train station you can reach the city center at 15 mins. Secure parking lot if you have a car. All new furnitures, comfy bed. Very helpful host. I would stay again for sure for my next visit.

  Disliked: Not a negative comment but flat just near the entrance of the building. You can welcome and chat with neighbours when you sit at the balcony:)

  Unlivable in the heat, constant traffic noise, poor rest

  Liked: Nothing!

  Disliked: We stayed here during Gamescom and had a very disappointing experience. The apartment is on Luxemburger Strasse, a busy truck route, and in summer it becomes almost unlivable. With no air conditioning and only weak ventilation, the room heats up quickly. The only option is to open the terrace door, but then you get constant traffic noise and exhaust fumes. At night it’s a lose-lose: too hot with the door closed, too noisy and unsafe with it open. We barely slept. What makes it worse is the hosts’ attitude. In reviews and messages they repeatedly frame these problems as part of an “eco-concept,” insisting that guests should feel good about “saving the planet” while ignoring the fact that the environment inside the apartment is aggressive and unsuitable for rest. The long instructions they provide mostly serve to make you feel guilty for being uncomfortable. It’s surprising the apartment has a 9.3 rating — the hosts are extremely active in replying to reviews and deflecting criticism, but the core problems remain. If you visit in winter it might be tolerable, but in summer this place is simply not suitable for living. Guests deserve honesty, so here is the real picture: expect heat, noise, and poor sleep.
