Liked: The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and very easy to find. Overall very comfortable experience.

Disliked: There was one moment someone came into our room, we got a different room and it wasn't properly documented or communicated so they did come into it. But other than that everything was amazing

Very weird policy about parking spaces, not helpful when you are passing by for layover, interior design could have been

Liked: Nice location, I love NH Hotels, but this one was a bit mediocre design compared to other locations, I'd say Burgos/Spain even tho it's a very old building and has an vintage interior, much better than this one

Disliked: Well I had an unnecessary drama with the staff because of their weird policy about parking, completely unnecessary. I was driving there from Berlin and I told staff that I'll only book if they have available parking spot, they said they have. Then I booked from booking and they said they right now have but can't guarantee if they'll have spot when I arrive there, that's fair if you don't accept reservation. Yet the problem started when I asked what's the current availability of the parking spots you have and they said they can't answer this because of the policy, well I never ever heard that from other hotel before, including other NH hotels. So I arrived there around 2AM without knowing if i'll find a place, and their parking was pretty much completely empty, they could have just told me that it's at 10% capacity
