  The best stay in Cologne

Liked: The people attending are the best of all. Ive been doing biz travel for a long time now, traveling all around the world, and these guys...the best. They greet you with a smile, treat you kindly, they CARE. Manu & Hatice: the best people that attended me ever. By far.

Disliked: The air conditioning could work better. Seriously. It could be colder, when it got hot outside, it was hard to be in the room.

Disliked: It was extremely hot and the ventilation system didn’t work properly. It is worth adding that the staff did everything they could to help us by providing fans. It is time for the air conditioning to be serviced. The room was very hot.

The room was so warm I couldn't sleep

Liked: The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good.

Disliked: I didn't sleep, not for one minute as my room was so hot. The bath was also blocked when having a shower, not a massive problem but tells me the rooms need more attention
