Fabulous
Ace
Liked: Got an upgrade to a suite - excellent staff
It was very pleasant
Liked: Everything
It was a very good experience🤗
Liked: Very clean and fabulous location!🤗
Disliked: Nothing..
Liked: A stylish hotel and nice sauna. Close to the cathedral. It has a huge Penny supermarket and Asia supermarket right next to the hotel. But most importantly, the staff. I got (very unexpectedly) upgraded on check in. On check out, I managed to forget my favourite clothing item and the hotel has arranged its delivery to London. The hotel may be ranked at 4*, but the facilities and customer service are definitely 5*.
It’s a good solid place to stay if you have to be in cologne
Liked: Great bad, good Looking room
Disliked: Stuff is quiet cold and the breakfast could be better
Liked: Really Nice Rooms and hôtel, Nice service
