Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location

Liked: The location is fantastic. Off the main streets a bit as it’s tucked into a corner, but still very central and only a short walk from the cathedral. The hotel is immaculately clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is ideally located, and the cleanliness was excellent. What truly made our experience special was the remarkable staff: welcoming, attentive, helpful, and always ready to listen and assist with a smile. A special thank you to Mr. Tarek, who was exceptional. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome and well looked after. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return!

Great location, dog-friendly facilities and breakfast

Liked: Great central location with convenient parking and (for us) EV charging right behind the hotel. We visited with our dog and the facilities provided for him were lovely. Great breakfast buffet too!

  Terrible bed

  Liked: Good location

Disliked: Good location, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The location is definitely a positive, but the poor bed quality would prevent me from staying here again.
