A wonderful stay – excellent location and outstanding staff!

Liked: Excellent location, perfect for exploring Cologne! The staff deserve 100 out of 10 if we could give them that! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, always happy to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with everything you need. We were genuinely very happy with our stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If we return to Cologne, we will definitely stay here again!

Disliked: Just a couple of things to keep in mind: there is no lift, so this is worth considering for guests with reduced mobility. Also, there is currently construction work right next to the hotel, which may cause some noise in the mornings. However, neither of these points affected our stay in any way. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend this hotel 100%!
