    Not worth

    Liked: The location

Disliked: We booked a 2-night stay, but our experience was ruined right at check-in. We were initially assigned a pitch-black room with broken main lights, where only the bathroom light worked. When I reported the issue, I was promised help, but we were left waiting in the dark for nearly 40 minutes. When I went back down, the receptionist brushed it off, saying the technician wouldn't arrive until the next day and expecting us to spend our first night without lights. She only offered a new room after I strongly insisted. On top of that, the rooms were not clean. Dust seemed to be everywhere, and the duvet looked dirty and appeared to be burned. We didn't even risk eating the breakfast. Extremely unprofessional customer service and poor housekeeping.

Okay - but not worth the price

    Liked: Very well located.

Disliked: The decoration is very strange, it’s like staying at your grandma’s house. The TV in the room was broken. No complementary drinks, water, kettle, anything. There was one glass in the table but it was actually a dusty old part of the decoration lol! It’s okay, but certainly not worth the price paid!

Wouldn't recommend for a relaxing time - good perhaps for going out on the party street

Liked: Filled basic expectations - tidy and spacious room, clean bathroom

Disliked: Location was very restless and loud - there were people partying and shouting until the morning during the weekend, and our room wasn't sound-proof at all. Didn't feel safe on the street during the weekend. Some of the furnishings, walls and curtains were a little worn or stained - except the sheets which were new and very clean.

Liked: Perfect location. Very central but quiet at night

Disliked: I would have liked some coffee in the room but no big deal as the coffee at breakfast was fine
