  Close to train station and very walkable to old town

  Liked: Close to the Central train station, size of room was above average.

  Disliked: No shelves in the bathroom to store toiletries. Only 7 foot ceilings and the whole inside of the structure was made of concrete.

  Liked: Room size is good, bed size very comfortable and clean, quiet area although next to the central station, amenities were there. Location is exceptional. Booking was simple and easy. Contactless.

  Disliked: No elevator, I got hypotension, I sent an emergency email, no one responded until now, no carpet on floor and it was cold, the lights are very low. No help with bags, my room was at the third floor, it was really a disappointment, and no one answered that request too.

  Convenient & comfortable

  Liked: It’s great location for train station and sight seeing. Well equipped and comfortable.

  Disliked: We were on top floor so difficult to drag suitcases all the way up. There is no lift option.

  Would recommend and would return

  Liked: I loved having access to a kitchen while travelling. There was everything I needed to make a dinner for 3; both cooking appliances and serve ware. There was only one cook top but it was very efficient and I made tacos. Great location and bathroom was filled with anything you would need.

  Disliked: No elevator however that’s very common.

  Liked: The location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, nice shower and generous coffee, tee and kitchenware supplied.

  Disliked: No elevators nor cooling air-conditioning. However, I can't complain as if I checked more carefully I could understand before also we were there in a surprisingly hot weather no one apparently expected. There was a fan which was a help. Other thing that surprised me was blankets which were 1 person blankets. No issues but a bit odd.
