Fabulous
Not worth the money
Liked: Location
Disliked: The room. They bathroom is VERY SMALL. Like the bathrooms in cruises.
Comfortable stay in impressive industrial heritage setting, though welcome could have been warmer
Liked: The room was exceptionally spacious, and the beautiful red-brick architecture in the reception area and throughout the first two floors gives the hotel a distinctive character. The conversion of the former industrial building is impressive, preserving its heritage while creating a comfortable environment.
Disliked: The reception staff were courteous, although the arrival experience felt somewhat impersonal. During check-in, there appeared to be difficulties with the card system, which resulted in some waiting time and limited communication with guests. The room was spacious and comfortable, although I found the bathroom quite small in comparison to the overall room size. The layout could perhaps make more efficient use of the available space. My room was located on a lower floor and did not offer a view. A friend staying on the 8th floor had a similar experience, so guests looking for scenic views may wish to check room options in advance. Breakfast is served in a large winter garden setting. While the space is pleasant and functional, it felt somewhat lacking in character. On a very positive note, both the quality of the food and the service at breakfast were excellent.

Disliked: Poor room service - only 4 choices - and no evening restaurant No Netflix/Prime/UK tv channels- tv not compatible with casting No bedside tables- small niche not big enough for water plus glasses
Modern hotel in old water tower - unique!
Liked: Very interesting concept of old water tower being converted into lovely and modern hotel.
Disliked: Nothing really.
