Liked: Location is perfect. Rooms are big and comfortable. The room had a lovely view on the inner courtyard and you can see the top of the Dom as well. We loved it.

Disliked: We wanted to leave the bag and had to wait a long time before somebody came to help. WC should be cleaned a bit better.

  Not wheelchair accessible as stated

Liked: We liked the location the best. It was clean.

Disliked: I am a full-time wheelchair user. We stayed here because it said it was wheelchair accessible. It was not. It was the first time I ever had to call to complain. There is a 2 inch threshold to enter. It sounds small, but it isn't with a wheelchair. After I called booking.com, they called the staff. The man there literally made a small ramp. That was nice. But if you are a wheelchair user, book elsewhere.
