Generally good experience but with a few tweakes could be a lot better

Liked: Lovely location and quirky deco - in a positive way

Disliked: Sounds silly but just Lack of glasses - also nearly ran out of toilet paper. Also their communication to get on to the wi fi wasn’t very clear - accept we’re old but normally quite technical savvy ( not clear in our opinion)

I wouldn’t book again until some things were fixed

Liked: Good location! Check in easy enough

Disliked: The property just didn’t seem in a condition to be leased. The air conditioning unit leaked all over the floor and wet our bags, the hosts had put a bucket to catch the water but it didn’t catch the water. The wifi didn’t work and they didn’t seem that bothered about fixing it, eventually agreeing to provide a small refund but only after multiple messages from me which was frustrating because I didn’t really want to keep having to follow up! There was a fridge in the room, so when we arrived we purchased some things (like milk) but then after purchasing we realised the fridge didn’t work. When I asked the hosts about it they simply said that the fridge wasn’t included in the list of amenities, so we had to throw out the things we had bought. I understand that the fridge wasn’t included but it seems strange to have one on the room that doesn’t work. With the fridge, the wifi and the leaking air conditioning unit it just felt that the place wasn’t in a position to be leased and contributed to an overall lack of hospitality.

Liked: It was cozy, very well located.

Disliked: The shower made the floor wet a bit, but as it was during the summer it dried quickly

Fantastic location, comfortable apartment, an amazing find!

Liked: Fantastic location, right in the centro storico, but on the quiet end. Also easy to get into, no need to walk long distances with luggage. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Would stay there again!

Disliked: The flushing works a little difficult, and the bathroom always has a small smell... But other than that, everything was perfect!
