Fabulous
Pleasant
Liked: The staff was good. I was received by Jared. The view from my room was very nice
Disliked: NA
Great bed, super friendly staff, excellent location and great experience - loved this hotel
Liked: Location was excellent to train station. Breakfast was convenient and included so many options. Bed was super comfortable. Asked for another pillow and it arrived within minutes. Great amount of space to put two big suitcases. Convenient places nearby to grab coffee or food. Size of room was ideal. Loved that we could let fresh air into the room if we wished to. Enjoyed the use of slippers for each night. Reception staff were friendly, helpful (with questions and locations etc) and welcoming.
Disliked: Liked everything. (Smallest shower I have ever been in, but was no problem at all. Great water pressure and nice and hot.)
Excellent!
Liked: Spacious room with a modern interior and an exceptionally comfortable mattress; several elevators ensure quick movement. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety.
Disliked: Towel hooks should be added in more convenient locations in the bathroom. The shower enclosure does not close tightly, causing water to collect on the bathroom floor
Thank you for very good service, especially Beatrice 😃
Great location perfect place to stay in winter
Liked: Location was great and the hotel had an elevator.
Disliked: Temperature of rooms was way too hot and we were not allowed to change it in our Aircon, very hard to sleep at night.
Excellent location close to Milan Centrale, will have to stay longer next time
Liked: Only 1 night this time. Excellent location and friendly team members (especially Beatrice at Reception). Improvements to consider: - Having coffee/tea making facilities and crockery in the room. - not having locks on the air conditioning temperature and mode settings
Disliked: Nothing
