Very good
Great hotel to stay at near Linate airport
Liked: Comfortable room and bed. Good selection for breakfast. Food was very good! Very quiet area. Nice, friendly staff!

Comfortable and convenient
Liked: Local to Linate airport with free shuttle transfers.
Disliked: Could do with another cup or 2 as arrived and had a warm drink and then nothing for the morning.
Handy for airport on last day but would not stay here otherwise

Disliked: No where accessible without a car. Overpriced restaurant for what was offered. Staff not the friendliest.
Liked: Beds extremely comfortable. Hotel staff couldn't be more helpful. Food excellent
Disliked: Don't rely on the shuttle bus to turn up when you book it for. We were 30minutes late to the airport after the driver seemingly couldn't be bothered to do two journeys half an hour apart and combined the two at the later time, but didn't tell anyone.
Disliked: Honestly, I was quite disappointed with the staff and their behaviour during my stay. Even at reception, nobody informed me about the breakfast timings. During check-out, the staff were busy chatting among themselves and barely acknowledged me. They just took the key without even saying hello or goodbye. It felt really unfriendly and gave me the impression that guests were not being given much importance. The only friendly person I encountered was one staff member at the restaurant. The rest of the staff seemed quite uninterested and unwelcoming. I believe basic courtesy and friendly communication are important in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, that was missing during my stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the guest experience.
It is very important for hotel personnels to be gracious, polite. Place was quiet and comfortable
Liked: It was near my daughter’s place. Quite convenient for family reunion.
Disliked: Small room. Not enough place to put stuff. We have to use our luggages as cabinets. Very inconvenient. The breakfast food was the same everyday we were there.
