Exceptional
Liked: Fabulous position overlooking the castle in a lovely old building.
Thank you for responding to our request to check lights
Liked: Location Cleanliness Comfortable bed
Liked: Really old building but very nicely updated inside. In a perfect location for exploring Milan.
Thank you Castello House for all you did for us
Liked: Castello House is located perfectly to explore all that Milan offers. Our room looked into the courtyard so we had no street noise. It was wonderful and quiet I had made an error and thought I had booked 3 days when in reality only 2 days. We were on a tour when they called me past check out time. Our room was booked to another couple but they upgraded them at Castello House’s expense to accommodate my error. They are very gracious hosts. We highly recommend them for anyone visiting Milan.
Disliked: Everything was great
Other than the noise an excellent stay in a great location
Liked: A beautiful historic building
Disliked: The contractors builders extremely noisy, which we weren’t informed of
Liked: I liked the location and the process
