Great location, but some improvements are needed

Liked: I think the greatest strength of the hotel is the location. Very convenient from Central Station and well connected to Linate too. Super close to Gae Aulenti and Corso Como, Isola too. Cute patry shops around too.

Disliked: We struggled a bit with the dimensions of the room and the bed. There is no enough space to store clothes and luggages. The bed is very firm, it took 2 nights to get used to it and the springs were very loud at any turn on the bed. We had problems also with the cooling system. It seems that during the night was always resetting, and we woke up for 4 morning with over 26 degrees in the room.

Liked: Very helpful staff, at all time

Disliked: The breakfast. You have no choice as this is pre-prepared for clients. Its one size fits all.
