Liked: Perfect location, close to train station. Anastasia was perfect host with plenty of offer of assistance and super friendly and engaging. Room was very clean, super shower, lovely balcony and coffee machine as great features.

  Disliked: Nothing

  I wouldn't stay there again

Liked: That is was close to the train station

Disliked: The pictures didn't represent the room. We waited for a hour for our keys. The manager forgot to give is the password so we had to ask again.

  Functional, not cosy

Liked: Apartment is walking distance from Milano Centrale, located in top floor with elevator. There's a desk where you can eventually work, and a shared terrace which I didn't use

Disliked: Overall block and neighborhood is not really nice, probably not the best side of Milano Centrale, however, this is probably smthg I could have checked before booking. On the other hand, what I could hardly know is that sound insulation was pretty poor, mattresses quite thin, and overall maintenance limited (curtain not usable, exterior curtain blocking, aged bathroom, no reading lamp...)

A wonderful and cozy place to stay in Milan we would happily return🤗

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, cozy and beautiful, with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and check-in was very quick and easy. We were very satisfied.

Disliked: The only thing we did not like was that the elevator was not working on the morning of our departure. It was quite inconvenient to carry our suitcases down from the sixth floor
