Good
Good for short stay, well connected with the rest of the city
Liked: Room was ok, small but well organised. Bathroom was small but the shower worked very well. The location is excellent for those who want to visit different areas of Milano and want to stay close to the train station.
Liked: This is small hotel, clean and cheaper than the other properties.. I loved hotel’s staff they let us to leave our luggages at hotel while we checked out and came back 2 days later. We didnt carry our luggages with ourselves at Switzerland which was so comfortable. Neighborhood was safe and silent.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like hotel doors and windows a little bit old and dusty, but bedsheets and other things was clean
great staff and location
Liked: The staff were extremely responsive and kind. They have a true 24/7 front desk (rare these days), which was essential when my travel was delayed. The location is unbeatable for access to local and regional transit but it's still a great neighborhood with lively bistros (not loud). The bathroom was modern, high quality, and extremely clean.
Liked: Great location and lovely breakfast.
Disliked: Ground floor rooms facing street have shutters so no natural light
Liked: Mattress was comfortable Breakfast staff was very friendly
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t good, poor quality food Staff on reception was a little rude
Liked: The location was excellent. A very small but compact room. Everything was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There are no signs - do not disturb what to hang on the door. During the day all the time, the maids tried to go in to do the cleaning.
