Totally unfair and disappointing that people at reception make you fool by name of upgrade 9th Floor
Liked: Location in in Center close to Metro. Near by multiple options for Restaurants including Indian and continental.
Disliked: This is totally unfair and very disappointing that people at reception are fooling guest in name of upgrade the room however it's trap. I didn't sleep due to long travel from Saudi Arabia however they gave me room at 9th floor truly influence of sounds from 10th floor. Couldn't sleep well whole night. Never ever be fooled by Hotel Staff especially Mia or Asia at reception. I paid full day for early check in but in return very poor support. For Cancellation Hotel charged full cancellation inspite they were informed 24 hours in advance. Not supportive staff at reception. Will never ever suggest others to book or prefer this hotel. They new I was super tired and exhausted due to long travel however in the name of update the room they put me on 9th Floor. Have seen indecent profile of guests on 10th Floor hence not suggested for family to choose 9th floor at all.

Liked: Close to Metro but Team are unfair with Upgrade. 9th floor is something never go for it. Sound is not going to sleep. Better you charge for pain killer if they put you on 9th Floor.
