  Liked: The stuff was very friendly and kind, the place is clean and nicely located

  Disliked: The first night I noticed my room did not have a blanket and when I asked for it the receptionist said it was not possible to have it since it was being washed so the first night I was very cold:(

  One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed. It should not be allowed to run such hotels and Booking.com should also blo

  Liked: If I really have to find one thing, although it’s hard to find if anything was good - it would be the public transport connectivity (direct tram to Duomo).

  Disliked: Extremely poor value for money. Hugely expensive for the price: 1. bathroom did not even have a real door 2. no noise insulation at all, very noicy corridore 3. broken shower 4. broken old facilities in the room 5. overall really bad

  Nice-sized room in a hotel in a great location

  Liked: The hotel is in a nice quiet road and easy to access; it is also close to many useful bars (for breakfast etc) and restaurants and shops. Trams and buses into the centre also stop nearby.

  Disliked: The cleaning staff come in to the building very early and make a lot of noise. They also bang on your door and make you feel they are impatient for you to leave.
