  Liked: Its not the first time I stay there, it is a good hotel to stay because of the location, clean rooms and staff is nice. I usually stay one night for business purposes.

  Liked: Lovely clean, tidy and room with a balcony. Great hosts and furry friendly making is cat lovers very happy. Central location, quite and great value for money.

  Great location, male staff the worst, money was lost in the safe

  Disliked: Very Disappointing Customer Service and a Serious Security Concern I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, especially with the customer service provided by a male front desk employee. I left money inside the room safe and secured it with my personal code. When I later tried to open the safe using the same code, it would not open. The front desk employee came to open it, and when the safe was opened, my money was missing. I immediately informed him that the money was no longer there. Instead of taking my concern seriously or offering any assistance, he simply replied, “I don’t know anything about it.” I was extremely concerned because the money had been inside the safe, and I wanted to understand how it could have disappeared and whether anyone else had accessed my room. What made the situation even worse was his rude and disrespectful attitude. He showed no empathy, no willingness to help, and no professionalism in handling such a serious concern. Customer service is essential in the hospitality industry, and guests deserve to feel safe and respected. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed. I strongly encourage hotel management to investigate this incident and address the lack of professionalism and customer care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are taken seriously.

  Wish I'd stayed somewhere else!

  Liked: Not much - but they did look after my luggage until my check in time for no extra charge, so that was nice

  Disliked: It is outdated, no lift, no aircon, no shower gel, only one pillow, mould in the shower sealant and the whole place smelt a bit stale. Absolutely no frills and in my opinion quite overpriced. It does only deserve the one star it has and I wouldn't recommend it to a friend, or stay there again.
