Very good
Okay for one night to catch a morning train next day
Liked: This "hotel" (if you can call it a hotel) has only 5 rooms, which occupies half of the 6th floor. The elevator is ancient like from the 19th century but it works. The room is small but clean. The person who manages those rooms would only show up at 3pm to give you codes to access the "hotel" and your room. We arrived early and tried to contact him on the phone but got no response. So we had to figure out how to store our luggages at downstairs with an old man who was very nice. The only positive part of this "hotel" is very close to the Milan's central train station, which is good for people who need to catch a morning train.
Disliked: No response from the owner or manager for help.
A short walk from the train station, room had all we needed for a short stay
Liked: The accommodation is very close to the railway station and easy to find. Perfect when getting the train.

Disliked: Old elevator which you think will be broken every seconds
Great location close to the Bus Terminal to Malpensa airport in Milan as well as the Train station
Liked: The room, was quite large compared to other rooms located in the near by vicinity. It was super clean, and also had a small bar fridge and coffee making machine. I liked that the rooms were very quiet as well as private and quiet a large shower.
Disliked: not a big deal, but a bottle of water in the fridge would have been nice.
Liked: The room was clean and stuff is friendly.
Disliked: Since this property does not have a private entrance, and the elevator is often problematic, it is also very close to the station and convenient for early departures. All in all, this area does not seem like a safe place.
Great value for the location
Liked: The location directly across from the Milano Centrale train station was perfect for us, as we needed something that was convenient for travel. The gentleman letting us in was also friendly and efficient, and took the time to show us a bit about our room, too, which was nice. The room, beds/linens, and bathroom were all very clean, and the air conditioning was nice given it was a very hot and humid evening. The value for money was good.
Disliked: The only complaint we have is that the elevator was broken the evening we checked in, so we had to walk up 6 full flights of stairs to get to the hotel and our room. With a young child this was a bit of an inconvenience as we had to do it a few times that evening.
