Good
Great and affordable stay
Liked: Clean and good location. Helpful staff as well.
Disliked: Slightly too hot in the rooms but staff kindly provided a fan for us.
Disliked: Weak breakfast in a very small restaurant with few options. Not so clean room floors. Public transport with metro almost impossible. Most Über hotel.
I did not enjoy my stay
Liked: The breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Our room was infested with mosquitoes. We were covered in bites in the morning. There were stains on the carpets especially in the common areas. The hotel is not as good as it looks in the photos on the booking site.

Liked: The hotel was great, the staff was helpful, and breakfast was very good too. There are two metro stations close to the hotel: one is a 15-minute walk, and the other is 30 minutes away. Milano Centrale is a 30-minute walk away, offering metro, bus, and train connections
Overall, a good stay in Milan for the location. Fine for one night probably not for staying longer
Liked: The location was good: no traffic noise, just a few passing trains that weren’t too loud, and the neighbourhood was clean and felt safe at night. The staff were kind and welcoming.
Disliked: The room was too small for four guests, with no room for luggage, and the bathroom fan appeared to be broken. Honestly, it was not up to 4-star standards. We would also appreciate fresh fruit salad at breakfast.
Adequate Milan Hotel with Bugs
Liked: Comfortable and spacious bed. Working aircon unit. Fairly quiet during the expected quiet hours. The staff listened to our concerns regarding our original room and switched us to a more appropriate room without further questioning.
Disliked: In our initial room, there was an infestation of small flying bugs. These appeared to be living in the air conditioning unit. Then, when we switched to our second room, there was an infestation of ants coming through a gap in the bathroom floor tiles. Furthermore, the breakfast was strange - I have never known anybody who wants to hear Brussels sprouts, green beans and carrots for breakfast! We could hear the nearby trains from our first room, but not from our second room.
