  Disliked: It’s not set up as an apartment which it is advertised as. They need to provide more cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment to comply

  Liked: The location was good

  Disliked: There was no toilet paper at all. The walls were really thin and you could hear any noise from next door and above and outside. You could smell the smoke from the person next door who was smoking out front of their place as there was a window high up that was open that couldnt be reached or work out how to close. The bottom of the shower recess and outside it was blackened and looked unclean?mould. Not a good experience unfortunately.

  Great locations, but no proper supplies

  Liked: No breakfast and there was no kitchen, etc. in room

  Disliked: No cups not drink out of, 1 used roll of toilet paper. Could have used a table and chairs to sit.

  Disliked: It had no facilities to make tea or coffee I might as well have fooled a hotel room as it actually offered Less facilities than a hotel room

  Disliked: The apartment has terrible sound insulation. We could hear everything that was happening in the neighbors' apartment, like them running up and down the stairs. Because it's on the first floor and the doors are glass, you can hear everything that's happening on the street. The floor in the apartment is very cold, and there are no slippers! There are also no basic items for comfortable living (tea, coffee, oil, salt, a kettle, a microwave, and a washing machine).

  Liked: We had a great stay! The location was perfect – very well connected and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Milan. The self check-in was super convenient, and the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!
