Good
Friendly and helpful
Liked: Friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Nice room. Easy transport links nearby and good cafes and restaurants, we didn't eat in the hotel. It is in a good neighborhood that felt safe at night.
Disliked: The TV didn't work, and there was only one bath towel and one tea bag for two people, which felt a bit miserly, as it's not a super cheap hotel.

Disliked: noise of the shower from the other room and the very noise fan in the bathroom

Passable, not great
Liked: Nothing seriously wrong with the hotel. Friendly staff. Very good location close to a subway station and several restaurants. If you get a good deal, go for it.
Disliked: It claims to have soundproofing, but I did not hear that. Could hear very well the construction work outside and the water that was stuck flushing in my neighbour's room (that they apparently struggled to fix). The breakfast that they ask you to pay 15 euro extra for is the saddest I've ever seen in a hotel. The shower lacks water pressure and any barrier to prevent splashing the whole bathroom. Still, I wouldn't have minded if it had been cheaper.
Outside had a little bit of an renovation happening outside but don’t judge the book by its cover!
Liked: It was very clean as pictured online, safe area near shopping and restaurants. Bathroom and shower was amazing, they had a beautiful body wash that I fell in love with. Great staff ready to help you with anything
