  Liked: Clean

Disliked: It was very noisy with our bed room right next to the outside gate which made a big banging noise every time someone opened it at all times of the night from 12am to 6am

There was too much noise. Unless despirate, do not go to this apartment

Liked: The location was not too far from the Metro. The apartment had most of the basic things for an apartment.

Disliked: There was too much noise. Some was from the outside and most annoying was the noise from the gate since it was ajacent from the bed room and it made jercks and noises whenever someone opened and closed that door. If the door and lock are lubricated, then most probably that annoying noise will disappear. The noise or tenants leaving and entering would start at 5.30 and finish after midnights.

Clean but needs some serious renovation

Liked: Close to the metro. The apartment is clean and quite well-equiped (dishes, towels).

Disliked: The apartment smells of cigarettes, although it was described as suitable for non-smokers. Overall, it needs renovation (the walls are scratched and worn-off). The shower cabin lacks a panel, apparently, it was broken and didn't get replaced. The place isn't soundproof at all (ground floor, the door is very thin and the apartment is located right at the entrance to the building - we could hear everything). Also, it was hard to regulate the water temperature in the shower.

Place would be good if it’s well lit, and fix the basic facilities

  Liked: House was clean

Disliked: No locks in both bedroom n bathroom, we had inform all the family members if one of us were using the washroom for privacy. heaters were not working in the night. being winters it was terribly cold, neighbouring house flush button sound is too loud in the Appartment, not well lit.
