Can not reccomend this hotel 'as is."

  Liked: Location is fantastic.

Disliked: Room fittings were unacceptable. Lighting was terrible. No lock for toilet door. Some electrical problems. Besides moving around in the hotel was not easy. 2 separate elevators. Codes to use... Finally no real hotel reception.

  Great central location and facilities

Liked: The hotel was clean and our room was spacious with good facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast in a lovely restaurant area. Great views over the Piazza and Duomo from some parts of the hotel, which makes it an ideal place from which to explore Milan.

Disliked: The hotel is situated in part of an old building and access is from street level and into an elevator in order to reach reception on the 3rd floor. From there our room on the 5th floor was via a different elevator and a circuitous route which at first was quite confusing. The room was over-fragranced and even keeping windows open the smell was overpowering.

Disliked: Is under renovation, so the entrance and lobby is not attractive and elevator is very hot.
