Disliked: Some staff members very unhelpful but some were fine. Some things that were standard seemed to bother them.

Good rooms and service: shame about the mediocre breakfast

Liked: The room was good: clean and well-appointed. I was very pleased to be allocated a room in accordance with my special requests. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

Disliked: Breakfast was bog-standard hotel buffet style: cooked items were lukewarm, but there was a reasonable choice. The reception area does not do justice to the good quality rooms.

Probably use an alternative hotel next time unless the price is attractive

  Liked: Good location and clean

Disliked: Mattress and pillows poor, they recommend South Gate car park. Most expensive carpark in city.

  Very nice

Liked: The hotel was nice and clean, located near the city center.

Disliked: One small thing: even if we had a queen room, the bed was so small.
