  We would definitely stay again!

  Liked: Location, but be ready to pay a lot of car parking! ALOT! The the staff were lovely and very accommodating which made our stay lovely

  Disliked: Sadly the bed. It’s very hard. We only stayed one night but if we had to stay more.. ouch!

  Fantastic stay, wonderful staff and brilliant all-inclusive value!

  Liked: We were genuinely so impressed with our stay at The Z Hotel Bath! The location is fantastic, right in the city centre and within walking distance of the train and bus stations. We parked at Southgate Shopping Centre, which was convenient for our overnight stay. We booked a Z Club Queen Room, which was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It had a coffee machine with pods, TV, side table and handy storage space underneath the bed for luggage. There was even a little sweet treat waiting for us on arrival, which was very welcome as we were hungry! The staff were absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating. Everything was explained clearly on arrival and again at breakfast the following morning. The whole team seemed genuinely happy to be there, and nothing was too much trouble. The all-inclusive package was the real highlight! We paid approximately £150 for the night for both of us, including all-inclusive, and felt it was exceptional value for money. Obviously, prices vary, but we certainly got our money's worth! We enjoyed the cheese board on arrival, followed by delicious pizzas for dinner. We then spent a good couple of hours enjoying cocktails, with the staff regularly checking on us and keeping our drinks topped up. We even ordered some potato wedges before heading to bed! The menu is fairly limited, but we actually liked this. It made choosing easy, and everything we tried was really good. We also appreciated being told that even after the cheese board had been cleared away, we could request one to be freshly prepared. Breakfast was equally enjoyable, with a good buffet selection of cold meats, cheeses, pastries, cereals, waffles, tea, coffee and juices, alongside hot options including omelettes and flatbreads. Breakfast was available from 6am until 11am, so there was no need to rush. Check-out was at 11am, giving us time to relax in our room before leaving.

  Disliked: Nothing that negatively affected our stay, but a few things worth mentioning for future guests. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, so you'll need to use one of the nearby car parks. We chose Southgate Shopping Centre as we preferred covered parking overnight. Parking charges there are emissions-based, so it's worth checking beforehand. The shower and toilet are enclosed in frosted glass cubicles, meaning privacy is fairly limited. This wasn't an issue for us as a couple, but it could be worth considering if you're staying with friends, children or someone you're not quite so comfortable around! We also understand that the standard rooms are considerably smaller than the Z Club Queen Room we stayed in, so it's worth checking the room dimensions when booking. None of these points would stop us returning. We had a fantastic experience!

Good to know

Please note that Z Hotel Bath does not have a car parking. The closest car parking from the hotel is Charlotte Street car park, postcode BA1 2NE around 5 minutes walk away.

Please note that the card used to make the booking has to be presented upon arrival along with a matching photo ID.

If the guest is using a corporate or third-party credit card, (Not traveling with the guest) an authorization form must be signed by the card holder, also a copy of the credit card and a Valid Government Issued ID must be provided.

Children (under the age of 18) can stay only if accompanied by a parent or a guardian.
