  A real five-star experience

  Liked: My mother and I stayed two nights and the spa was the highlight. We used it far more than planned, and going straight down from the room in your bathrobe is such a treat. The attention to detail is lovely. We arrived early, so the team kept our luggage, and when we reached our room the bags were already there, with soft lighting and music. They also kept our bags on departure day. We had an issue with a smell in our room, but the staff took it very seriously, came up several times to fix it and made a kind gesture afterwards. We left delighted overall and would happily come back.

  Better options available for the money

  Liked: Excellent location. Nice decor.

  Disliked: Wasn’t immediately apparent when booking that spa access times were very limited. Sauna and steam rooms both cold. Breakfast was a ridiculous price compared to other local options so we didn’t indulge. Our room was situated in the annexe (again not explicit when booking) Service charge added to the bill when we didn’t even get housekeeping. A mediocre experience.

  Perfect one night break in luxury, with hot spa waters in the pool to top it off

Good to know

The hotel is serving, breakfast and small lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 until 10.30. For guests who booked a rate including breakfast, we would be pleased to assist with pre-booking your table in our restaurant. Please contact us for assistance.

Kindly note that for guests who have booked a rate excluding breakfast, we will review your request subject to availability, the price for breakfast is £40.00 per person for our Full English Breakfast and £25 per person for Continental Breakfast.

Lunch is served from 12pm until 5pm. Afternoon Tea is served from 3pm until 5pm and would need to be pre-booked 24hours in advance.

Dinner is served from Tuesday until Thursday from 6pm until 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 6pm until 9.30pm. The restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays and Mondays.

In-house guests will have complimentary access to the Bath House from 8am to 10am and from 7pm to 9pm daily. Access from 10am to 7pm will be exclusively reserved for guests who are having treatments in Spa Village or purchase the Spa Experience Access. Kindly note that children aged 15 years and younger are not allowed in the Spa Village.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
