  Fabulous place for a short break

  Liked: Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Ice, who went above and beyond to help us. Quiet location.

  Liked: Wonderful linen, good location and parking.

  Disliked: Self check-in was relatively straightforward but I would expect a hotel of this category to be staffed after 17:30.

  It was ok but I wouldn’t stay again

  Liked: Lovely breakfast room. The guest lounge was also cute. Good art work.

  Disliked: No one on reception after 5.30 in the afternoon. Our room had a wet room that was covered in water after a shower as the drain didn’t work properly. Our room was not cleaned or tidied during our stay. Breakfast took nearly an hour to appear on our first day. It does not really feel like a hotel due to lack of staff in attendance.

  Would recommend

  Liked: Lovely place to stay room was clean and comfortable and all the staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and it was table service. The location was about 10 mins into town going downhill so a bit of a trek going back, which was not a problem for us. Also very convenient to have parking. If visiting Bath again I would definitely stay here.

  Liked: Decor, guest lounge. Friendly staff. Location

  Disliked: Bathroom needed a shelf for personal toiletries. No sink plug available had to muddle through using top of deodorant can and toilet paper. Toilets roll holder not fit for purpose as the toilet roll kept falling off. Breakfast was very tasty but we waited almost an hour on our 1st morning. 2nd morning just a 30 minute wait.
