Exceptional
Liked: Very easy to deal with excellent property
This no-host accommodation does everything right!!
Liked: The location is excellent a very short walk to the abbey, noteworthy streets / sites, restaurants and shopping. Quiet, safe neighborhood too. Loved the layout of the apartment.
Disliked: Nothing could have been better!!
Comfy stay
Liked: Ms. Laura was very helpful right from the beginning. The instructions for self check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Laura was always responsive and able to answer all our questions. She was also kind enough to let us check out at 12 PM, which we really appreciated since our flight was in the late evening. The location was also a big plus — it offered easy access to the city centre and to the venue we needed to be at on the second day of our stay, which made things much more convenient for us. The facilities were great and provided almost everything we needed. However, as Muslim travelers, we would have preferred a wet toilet with a bidet for added convenience. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and truly appreciated the hospitality! Terima Kasih
Disliked: Nothing
Not too great
Liked: Location, responsiveness of service team
Disliked: Unfortunately the smell in the house was very unpleasant even with deodorant already available in the house. We changed after one night to a different location in Canterbury. The service team helped us efficiently.
Exceptional
Liked: The house is close to the city center, it is convenient that check-in and check-out are contactless, you don't have to wait for anyone and no one is waiting for you, you can check in at a convenient time. The apartments are clean, everything is neat. We recommend it wholeheartedly
