Exceptional
Liked: Very cosy feel, good communication from hosts, everything we needed. It's small but was perfect for one night. We were really impressed by everything included.
Disliked: The lockbox was difficult to open but we got there after a few attempts. The hosts gave us some good parking tips, but the central location meant we had to park some distance away.
Excellent stay in a great property with fantastic location
Liked: I was sent details of the lockbox as soon as I booked and checking in was easy. The property was the best equipped self catering accommodation i have ever stayed in and really felt like a home from home. The location was excellent for access to city shopping, the cathedral and the theatre.
Disliked: As I am tall, a sofa with deeper seats would be ideal.

Liked: This is so close to the Westgate Garden, West Train Station and High Street - location is so nice! Clean too and Yuki is very responsive. She even prepared chocolates for me upon arrival! ❤️
Well situated. Ideal for a family of four. All mod-cons. Adorned with many interesting works of art
Liked: The property was ideally placed in the city. Walking distance to everywhere within the walls. It boasted all kitchen mod-cons, plus wi-fi, a large-screen TV, Japanese style toilet, Alexa, etc. Spotlessly clean. Warm. Large collection of interesting pictures, including some originals - an art gallery!
Disliked: Instructions on how to use the induction hob would have been useful as we've never used one before.
