    Be aware don't pay twice

    Liked: Location

Disliked: Having padded through booking.com the host asked for cash payment when I arrived. I was supposed to get a refund from booking.com but never did, feel I have been scammed.

Very good value and lovely property but neglected and needs attention

Liked: Location near city centre, room and bathroom clean

Disliked: Communal carpets very dirty and stained, fittings very tired eg shower rail, vanity unit and screen broken Resident(?) spending many hours hogging washing machine, chain smoking in yard with door open causing property to smell of smoke, also cat wandering around the property

Would hard avoid in future and not recommend, the local premier inn will get a visit

Liked: Found the location ok as its basically in town centre and was able to tour and get back easily

Disliked: After we overlooked where the pin was and foud it which was our fault. we found it hard to find the door code to the room. it was no where informed or visible. we had to contact the host which took a while and had us waiting as we needed to secure/lock the door as our possessions were now in the room. the overally cleaniness was poor but i guess it reflected the pay. Next time pay more for better quality

Liked: The location was definitely amazing. You cannot be more central and close to the church.

Disliked: The place was shabby and unclean. Floor were not huvered in ages, we had to clean the toilet and the first bedroom they gave us there was hair and blood on the bed sheets. There was dust and spider webs everywhere including spiders and insects of kind. There was trash around the property, and most of the towels in the rooms were dirty. We even found public hair locked in the fabric of one towel. We found a food smear on a pillow. I was pregnant and scared of taking infections. When I called the guy about it he said he would call the cleaner but no one came to clean. We had to clean the toilet. The forniture under the sink was broken and dirty as well, in the whower the structure that keep the shower was broken and would disassemble easy. On the bathroom cealing there was black mould. Even the handrail of the stairs was dirty and sticky. Defenetely not what was advertised, including the fact that is not explicit when you book that the bathroom is shared which was really annoying. It was a nightmare experience for us., but if you can go over how dirty it is it has definitely a good location.
