Exceptional
overall a good location, and good stay, some things need a little more care at the property
Liked: great location, had the basic kitchen equipment, they also left a little welcome gift which was a lovely touch!
Disliked: kitchen trays/pots pans need to be cleaned better, need to know what to do with the rubbish recycling, hooks on the back of the doors need to be replaced, maybe a coat hook needed for all coats, (not enough on the front door) draft excluder needed for the front door, wifi is temperamental,
Liked: Very central, comfortable beds, nice staff and very responsive.
Disliked: No toilette/bathroom upstairs (bedrooms area) considering the stairs.

A lovely house
Liked: A lovely house for four of us to stay over New Year. It can sleep six but if it were six adults the living area may prove a bit of a challenge, but this wasn't a problem for us.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like but, as a suggestion, the house information book could do with a little more information on using the central heating system, also where to put rubbish bags, the wheelie bin was full while we were there.
Brilliant, Cosy Relaxing Space
Liked: Brilliant location, really comfy beds and really well equipped kitchen. Hot tub and outdoor social space were great free parking is a huge advantage (although beware if you are arriving at school time on street parking will be a challenge!) This is a great find will definitely be using again!
Disliked: Two notes (not didn't likes) the internal stairs are very steep; the parking permit is digital so don't panic when there isn't one in the house!
Perfect place to spend a few days in Canterbury!
Liked: The location was great. It was a very nice place to stay!
Disliked: There was nothing to not like!
