  Good location with adequate facilities which with a little more thought could be improved

  Liked: Location was good. Reasonable size.

  Disliked: No wardrobe and nowhere to put clothes in second bedroom. Mirror had fallen from the wall. Extra seating in the living area would have been appreciated. No dishwasher. Insufficient cutlery and crockery meant constant washing up even during the meal. No paper towel. Some furnishings tired.

  Liked: It was a great place to stay. Clean, cozy and well equipped. Parking facilities were good. And everything was within walking distance. Communication with the owner was excellent. I would happily stay there again.

  Disliked: Unfortunately there was water coming through the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. The owner told us about this, but I would have expected a discount.

  Liked: Location was perfect. Accommodation was clean and well laid out. The kitchen area was functional, had all the appliances required including coffee, tea and sugar. The information received was spot on and plentiful pre visit. Free secure parking was great.

  Disliked: The kitchen units were a little tired looking. Several of the cupboards had padlocks on which wasn't a great look. It would have been nice to have had a welcome pint of milk. In the main bathroom there was a bucket in the middle of the floor and directly above was a light hanging out of the ceiling. In fairness I did contact the 'owner' and he responded quickly confirming there had been a leek in the apartment above which had been resolved. That said the bathroom should not have been left like that. All that said for a two night stay for two couples it was very good but I expected a little more for a property 'billed' as luxury.

  Fantastic location in picturesque setting
