  Disliked: Noise Disturbance for 2 nights in to the early hours from a student bar behind the propert. Soil pipe leaking onto the patio so unable to use outside area. Cooker dial broken so unable to regulate temperature or turn off unless at the mains switch so.unable to use the oven. Floor joists/support compromised in a number of places with spongy feeling underfoot and, holes in main walkway. Scaffolding up on a major demolition site immediately behind the property, overshadowing outside space and view from rear windows of the property. External seal/support on kitchen window gone. Broken blind pole in front bedroom, leaky shower head in downstairs bathroom. Obvious, general lack of building maintainance for some time at this property. Overpriced and had we been notified of any of these issues we would not have booked this property.

  Good location, good communication, has all the expected facilities

  Liked: Very good location, easy to get in with the door code, very good communication with the host.

  Disliked: TV room / lounge being in the basement.

  Good place for a short stay, clean, well equipped and great location

  Liked: Excellent location as we were attending a graduation at the Cathedral Well equipped and very clean Communication was simple and very responsive to any queries

  Disliked: Living room in basement It was very noisy on street side of house early in morning eg 4am with bottle collection/delivery nearby and 5am bin lorry - the window in downstairs bedroom didn’t shut so made the noise worse

  Was a lovely stay, thank you

  Liked: Perfect location and street parking (for a fee). Very bright and airy. Had everything that is needed for a short stay. Despite being very central it was still quite at night which was a bonus.

  Disliked: I believe there was a leak in the downstairs toilet. My bad for not flagging during stay as we were incredibly busy. We were staying during a very cold time and when we first arrived it was freezing and took a while for the house to warm up.

  Very nice.just a few things Beds all doubles twin would help and not so low

  Liked: Close to centre

  Disliked: No curtains but broken blinds ( too light) steep stairs. Not ideal position of 2nd toilet for 3rd bedroom

Good to know

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:

To ensure guest satisfaction we require additional cleans at the guests' cost for all stays of 11 nights + and every 10 days thereafter. During the clean the house will be fully cleaned, all consumables restocked and the towels/sheets will be changed.

LINEN AND TOWEL CARE:

Please take reasonable care of all bed linen and towels during your stay. Charges may apply for excessive or avoidable staining or damage (such as makeup, food, paint, or markers) where professional cleaning is not possible and items require replacement.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
