Exceptional
Do not recommend, did not stay and booked alternative accomodation
Liked: Nothing, did not stay and booked a hotel instead as felt unsafe.
Disliked: Area outside was tatty, broken furniture. Inside appeared clean but when you tounched the surfaces they were sticky. The Fridge was dirty and the bathroom door had a hole in it as though it had been punched. The sofa bed did not appear comfortable, cheap click clack sofa. The table was staged with bowels and plates which were all dusty. Opened the door to come out and the resident opposite came out in their underwear smoking and shouting at her children. We decided not to stay as we felt unsafe and uncomfortable and booked a hotel. In communication with the host they disagreed with us and sent photos to prove it was clean, they can only prove it was tidy. What concerns us the most is the photos taken included inages of the kitchen and lounge (where the sofabed is) appear to have taken from pin hole security cameras???. I have escaled this to booking.com and also our credit card company.
Lovely flat stay
Liked: Very accommodating, changed the configuration of beds to allow for our group. Very comfortable, no problem sleeping. Secure flat.great location, could walk into Canterbury as only 1.5 miles. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: Steps up to the flat and surrounding flats were not to my liking but can't be helped when the building is how it is.

Trendy, central apartment
Liked: The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Ideally positioned to get into town and free, easy parking was an added bonus for Canterbury.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like or could need.

Liked: quiet location not that far from beautiful town, beautiful sunrises, apartment on top, well equipped, parking space, good wi-fi
Disliked: not a warm welcome as the CH not prepared for us, error on boiler since pressure was less then 0.8 bar, so I had to start with setting the pressure... hopefully next customers will be more happy; not the best ventilation from boiler room, so when around the toilet you have this smell of leaking gas... a bit concerning when going to bed... dining table a bit wobbly, even after my temporary fix... need a proper maintenance (or will collapse soon) not sure which parking space to use, but the second from left gives you regular bird excrements on top of your car
