  Great location - walking distance

Liked: The location to Chester City Centre

Disliked: Bed sizes were small. As many beds were put into rooms to get as many people in. The lounge wouldn’t have accommodated 14 people at one time

Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend to anyone

  Liked: Location

Disliked: Disgusting Matteress, sofa bed unusable due to being really dirty and stained. I contacted property twice whilst their via number provided but unable to get through. I had to do messages and emails and add photos. Am currently in contact with their complaints team. Rooms and beds very small, crammed in and no space, even on floor for suitcases, no hangers, wardrobe or hooks to hang clothes. Worn carpets, stained and property would benefit from a refurb- unsuitable for our party of 10 and property is advertised for 14!

  Disappointed

Liked: The location was great - we were there for the marathon.

Disliked: The kitchen was very small considering the property can sleep 11. There were only 7 forks and not enough dinner plates. Freezing cold upstairs. Beds really uncomfortable- we all said the same.

Good location, there were 8 ladies, shortly to be 70 years young

Liked: The location was good. The bed linen was good quality. I liked having a dish washer, although no dishwasher tablets were provided. It was nice to have enough toilets and showers/ baths. The appointment of beds in the house was good.

Disliked: Although the booking was for 8 there was a lack of cooking pans, crockery, cutlery and chairs initially. This was mainly resolved quickly, but 2 issues that we had were not resolved for 3 days. The noise from the busy dual carriageway disturbed some people's sleep but even though I live in a quiet village I didn't notice it.,

  in need of a refurb

Disliked: The sofa was very worn, the beds were not comfy, the pillows inside covers were stained, the carpet was thin a very tired house that was very expensive over £1000 for 1 night, in need of some money spending on it,
