  Liked: Close to the centre

Disliked: Heating came on early hours and we couldn't open any windows as the property is on the ground floor. Didn't want to try and turn it off so just turned the radiator off in the bedroom. The boiler just stayed on all night and still on when we checked out so a noisy night. Also noisy with traffic coming and going (car doors opening and closing).

  Lovely!

Liked: Absolutely everything! It was lovely! Lovely location, friendly staff when I messaged them! Heated up fast which was lovely as it was so cold when we stayed in Chester. Would definitely recommend to anyone! And would definitely stay again!

  Disliked: Nothing was very happy!

Superb location. Surprisingly quiet, warm, safe and comfortable

Liked: Location was exceptional, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was warm and quiet. Bedding and towels were fresh, clean and good quality.

Disliked: It’s the same size as my caravan 😂, and it’s basically obscured by massive bins on wheels all stacked up and overflowing right outside the bedroom window. This wasn’t a problem for us as we stayed on New Year’s Eve and it was Baltic, however in the summer with windows open the possibility of some unwanted guests would be a massive problem!
